Every day.
For 23 days.
Inside an hour or less.

For the end of the Summer of 2020 and extending into the early Fall, I completed a set of UI designs to exercise my creative muscle every day for 23 days. All interfaces were completed in an hour or less.

I focused on creating quick, inspired, and exploratory designs.

Reflection.

I began this project on a whim with the intention of filling up some dead time as my wild summer was winding down. I've done a daily challenge before in the poster series, so I'm no stranger to the benefits of doing a little each day that eventually amounts to something glorious by the end.

Since I made these all within an hour or so, many of my initial plans for these interfaces changed during the process of creation. Some are better than others, some I'm not so proud of, and some are quite good. I think that's the beauty in challenges like these.

Overall, I enjoyed this series as it only reinforced my views and philosophy towards work and fun. Even just a little each day can go a long way. And it's okay if you start creating without a plan or vision at first, you might still create something cool.

Say howdy.
